Award for customer project “Digitize without overwhelming”
Mannheim, 11/30/2022 – This year, the Customer Experience (CX) department of Camelot Innovative Technologies Lab (Camelot ITLab) was awarded the “Best of Consulting Award” by WirtschaftsWoche for the third time for its consulting expertise. The customer project “Digitize without overwhelming” with Hamberger Sanitary won second place.
The now awarded project “Digitize without overwhelming” convinced the top-class jury of WirtschaftsWoche in the category “Medium-sized companies – Data & Analytics”. In only four months, Camelot ITLab helped Hamberger to create a CRM system that enables faster sales processes, more efficient reporting and a holistic view of the customer. The special feature: The SAP CX system was implemented in such a way that it seamlessly flowed into the SAP S/4HANA transformation that was to follow afterwards and that a smooth flow of all processes was guaranteed even during the project implementation.
Digitization in medium-sized businesses: bringing it forward instead of putting it off
On the advice of Camelot ITLab, Hamberger Sanitary decided to bring the CX project forward in time to the S/4HANA project instead of implementing it afterwards, thus gaining valuable time in which to future-proof the sales department. “The fast implementation of the modern SAP CX system by Camelot ITLab enabled us to bring forward an important step in digitalization by years. Thus, we have already laid the foundation for our vision to be the leader in service in our industry by operating with our sales department at the pulse of time – and above all very close to the customer”, says Michael Huck, Managing Director of Hamberger Industriewerke GmbH.

The CX experts of Camelot ITLab were awarded the “Best of Consulting Award” for the third time in 2022. They already received this recognition for their consulting services in 2019 and 2020.
