University Hospital Basel: Patient feedback as an opportunity
The University Hospital Basel introduced the SAP Service Cloud to support the digitization of their feedback processes. The goal was to digitalize the existing processes and to improve the collaboration between the different clinical areas for patient feedback. With the help of Camelot ITLab, quality management was taken to a new level.
The aim of the introduction of a new CRM system at WEINMANN was, among other things, to link the external sales force, which until then had operated largely without system support, more closely with the internal sales force and the service areas.
To insure optimal sales conditions at all sites, ProMinent decided to implement SAP Sales Cloud as global CRM. Camelot not only supported ProMinent in the introduction of the standard functionalities but also provided important additional functions not available in the standard version.
Improving the Profile of Sales Customer
MIGUA decided to replace the existing legacy CRM system with a modern cloud based CRM solution. SAP C/4HANA Sales Cloud was re-implemented with the C/4HANA team of Camelot ITLab.
Loading times have been reduced by up to 40% and report execution times were increased up to a factor of 30. SAP HANA now enables the performance of analyses at rapid speed.
With the introduction of the Demand-Driven Rhythm Wheel (DDRWP) approach and support from Camelot ITLab, Flint is now able to react to demand fluctuations in a flexible and agile way and to be a reliable partner for its customers.
