Optimal mapping of service processes
After scheduling has been completed, the service technicians have an overview of all assigned service orders on their mobile device. A supporting workflow helps them to efficiently record the effort expended, any spare parts required, distance driven, additional expenses, etc. The customer signs off on the work carried out using a digital signature and, if necessary, a further internal check of the information is carried out before automatically initiating an invoice.
