Mannheim, March 2016 – The introductory packages offered by Camelot ITLab provide prospects with a convenient and fast way to evaluate the “SAP Cloud for Customer” (C4C) cloud CRM solution.
With “First Look” and “Deep Dive”, Camelot ITLab GmbH, a process-oriented IT consultancy and long-standing SAP partner, has created two consulting packages that make it easy for interested customers to get started with the “SAP Cloud for Customer” (C4C) Cloud CRM solution.
Both introductory packages involve the trial operation of the SAP solution with assistance from Camelot ITLab’s consultants, albeit to different degrees. The objective is to enable customers to evaluate a live system that has already been adapted to their specific requirements, allowing them to make an accurate assessment of whether the solution is suited for the needs of their company once the trial is over. This in turn enables them to make an informed investment decision and to overcome any objections in the following steps of the CRM initiative.
The “First Look” offer is limited to a period of 30 days and includes an assessment of the customer’s current situation, the provision of a customized demo system, phone support throughout the trial, and a final meeting to discuss the results.
“Deep Dive” has a duration of up to 12 months and also includes a reference process that has already been implemented in the SAP cloud solution. The customer gets to customize every detail of this process over the course of the trial to reflect the unique requirements of the company and to minimize the risks involved in making the switch to SAP Cloud for Customers, ensuring a smooth and fast transition.
