Promotion of diversity and appreciation in the world of work
Mannheim, 11/01/2019 – CAMELOT Consulting Group today announced the signing of the Diversity Charter. The consulting specialist is thus committed to promoting diversity and appreciation in the world of work and to creating a working environment that is free of prejudice. The charter is signed within the context of a sustainability program initiated by CAMELOT to assume its corporate responsibility for society and make a positive contribution to people and nature.
The Diversity Charter is an employer initiative to promote diversity in companies and institutions. The aim of the initiative is to promote the recognition, appreciation and inclusion of diversity in the world of work. “Diversity has been an integral part of the CAMELOT strategy since the company was founded. The diversity of our employees with their different skills, personalities and identities represents the foundation for the continuous innovation that we want to and must offer our clients as consulting specialists. By signing the Charter we have shown that we are consistently pursuing this strategy and, at the same time, contributing towards an open society that is free of prejudice,” explains Dr. Josef Packowski, CEO of the CAMELOT Consulting Group.
The Diversity Charter supports CAMELOT in its goal of creating a working environment in which all employees can experience appreciation and develop their talents – regardless of gender, gender identity, nationality, ethnic origin, language, religion or ideology, disability, age, sexual orientation or personality. The specific measures include, for example, creating the conditions for managers and employees to recognize, share and actively support the values of the Charter, as well as a review of HR processes.
