Mannheim, 01/19/2021 – Camelot Innovative Technologies Lab (Camelot ITLab) announced today that it is expanding its innovative customer relationship management (CRM) solution portfolio. The new solution, Microsoft Teams Integration for SAP Customer Experience, enables companies to connect SAP Sales Cloud with the Microsoft Teams collaboration tool to improve sales productivity and collaboration.
Developed by Camelot ITLab, this solution allows companies to create a virtual workspace in the Microsoft Teams environment that is specifically geared towards sales activities, for example for the targeted processing of an account or opportunity. The Camelot solution is based on three core elements:
- An extension for SAP Customer Experience ensures that users can create collaborative workspaces in Microsoft Teams from SAP Sales Cloud with just one click. This allows sales activities to be coordinated more effectively and deals to be closed faster.
- Process automations, referred to as flows, automatically configure sales workspaces in Microsoft Teams so the sales team can start collaborating right away. This includes setting up channel structures, document folders, apps, task lists and much more.
- An integrated SAP Sales Cloud app makes it possible to view customer or opportunity data in Teams in real time during sales collaboration in Microsoft Teams and use native Teams features such as calls or chats directly from the app.
