The new solution, Microsoft Teams Integration for SAP Customer Experience, enables companies to connect SAP Sales Cloud with the Microsoft Teams collaboration tool to improve sales productivity and collaboration.
Developed by Camelot ITLab, this solution allows companies to create a virtual workspace in the Microsoft Teams environment that is specifically geared towards sales activities, for example for the targeted processing of an account or opportunity.
