Assess
During our assessment phase we analyze transportation structures, strategies and processes according to current and future requirements. Among others, we review the transportation mode concept and freight rates, the provider selection process and the cooperation model. Through internal and external benchmarking we identify potential areas of improvement and develop optimization plans.
Design
During the design phase we specify future transportation management scenarios including new organization structures, processes and systems. We consider consumers and product specific requirements as well as our customers’ overall transportation strategy and KPIs. We then select the best suited IT solution and design the IT architecture. The result is a feasible solution adapted to the specific requirements of our customer.
Implement
During the implementation phase, we support realizing the transportation management solution both by managing changes in the TM processes as well as by implementing the desired IT solution. By partnering with leading software providers, we have access to latest software innovations, which we integrate into the existing application landscape. Simultaneously we support organizational restructuring and prepare employees for upcoming changes. Implementing flexible, adaptable and sustainable TM solutions is our highest priority.
